C&W Grader - Series F
The C&W Grading Master Series F is designed for Shrimp, Cod, Pollock, Mackerel, Caplin, Whelk, Squid, Sardines, Herring, Whitefish, Anchovies, Redfish, Whiting, Talipia, and many more. The machine can be installed on deck, below deck or ashore. C&W's design and production staff can design and fabricate complete fish sorting systems for onboard ship or in plant installation. The sorting capacity fo the Series F is 17 metric tons per hour depending on the species.
Sorting accuracy is very high:
up to 97% error free for caplin and up to 100% accuracy for other species.
Operating Description
The fish are fed from a conveyor onto the sorting table. From there they move between the dividers on the board and fall into the sorting compartments according to size. The sorting compartments are emptied through hatches, completing the sorting process.
The distances between the sorting dividers is adjustable. Even more adjustments can easily and quickly be made by moving the plates between the compartments.
