C&W Lump Roe Separating Machine
This unit will be fabricated from stainless steel. The legs will be constructed from carbon steel and will be primed and painted to prevent rust.
The stainless steel agitator will run on heavy duty self-aligning sealed ball bearing units and will be driven by a totally enclosed three phase gear motor, and will be protected by a manual starter in a rust proof enclosure.
The housing and infeed chute will be fabricated from polished stainless steel.
The Lump Roe Machine will have a capacity of 1200 lbs. of roe per hour and requires only one operator. One only Lump Roe Receiving Pan is included with this system.
